RETURNS

In case you are not satisfied with the quality of the product that arrived, we will replace it. To do that, you need to send us an email at info@globaltic-ee.preview-domain.com with photos of the bag you deem unsatisfactory. If you do not want a replacement bag, we will refund fully.

After hearing a recommendation 'From the shack Pod' Globaltic has been my go to charcoal for longer cooks on my Weber Summit, even after 14hrs+ overnight smoking session still have enough charcoal left to do another grill session the next day. So smokey

Unfortunately, I ordered 2 bags of charcoal. I have only opened 1 bag. I have a big geeen egg and use BGE charcoal normally. I was recommended this, but for some reason for the whole cook, it smoked. Something is clearly wrong. I contacted you on the quality email address but I have had no response. I sent a video. I also also tried it a second time just in case it was a couple of pieces causing the issue. But the same thing happened. I would appreciate it if someone got back to me. Thank you
