Mix any lines from the range to make up a quarter pallet. Enough to test the shelf without tying up the stockroom.
Scale by the pallet
Half and full pallets as the range moves. Trade prices ex-VAT, set by order volume and delivery zone.
Delivered, then reordered
2–3 working day lead time, delivered to your door. Next-day upgrade available. Book your spring order early and we'll plan stock around it.

We work with FSC-certified suppliers within our supply chain. Globaltic does not yet hold its own FSC chain-of-custody certification. Achieving this is one of our main goals for 2027.
Our lumpwood is a by-product of European hardwood forestry — trees that would be felled anyway, put to a second use instead of landfill.
We don't call ourselves carbon-neutral, because we're not. Packaging varies across our range. Spanish Holm Oak is supplied in recycled plastic bags; our other charcoal products use paper bags. Follow the disposal guidance for the specific packaging and your local collection service. We're happy to send the paperwork if your buyers or customers ask for it.

What's the minimum order?
A quarter pallet, mixed across the range. Enough to test the shelf without committing to a full pallet of one line.
Can I mix products on one pallet?
Yes. Build your quarter, half or full pallet from any lines in the range. Pricing is set by the total order volume.
How is trade pricing set?
Trade rates, ex-VAT, set by order volume and delivery zone. Ask for the price list. It includes suggested RRPs for every line.
How fast do you deliver?
2–3 working day lead time UK-wide. A next-working-day upgrade is available on most orders. Ahead of the season, book early and we'll plan stock around your order.
Are your bags barcoded and shelf-ready?
Yes. Our retail bags are branded and carry EAN barcodes, with the wood named on the pack. Ask for the barcode list with your price list.
What's actually in the bag?
One wood, named on the label. If it's oak, it's oak. If it's birch, it's birch. Every briquette is compressed from the same feedstock every batch. Same wood in, same burn out.
Can I try it before I stock it?
Yes. We'll send samples so you can see the bags and test the burn before your first order.
Do you supply display material?
Yes. Ask about point-of-sale and display material when you place your first order.
Can you produce own-label charcoal?
Yes, for larger volumes. Get in touch and we'll talk through packaging, volumes and lead times.
Where does Globaltic charcoal come from?
