Built for professional kitchens
Consistency by the pallet
Every bag graded and quality-checked. Dial in one setup and it holds through 200-cover service.
Longer burn, fewer refuels
Briquettes burn up to 8 hours. Lumpwood peaks up to 950°C. Steady heat, load after load, across a full dinner service.
Delivered UK-wide
2–3 working day lead time. Standard delivery included on every order, from a 2-bag minimum up to full pallets.

One load. Full service. No mid-shift rebuild.
Restaurant-grade charcoal and briquettes, matched to how you actually cook. Steady base heat through service, peak temperatures on demand, consistent load after load. Tell us the grill and how you cook on it, and we'll spec the fuel.
Kitchen fit
Whatever you cook on, we've fuelled it.

Not on the list? We supply plancha, parrilla, mangal, tandoor, and custom builds too.

Charcoal Ovens
Steady base heat that holds a full service.

Robata
Clean, low-smoke embers for delicate work.

Asado
Peak temperatures on demand.

Kamado
Long, controlled burns without babysitting.
In service
Chefs we fuel
Named accounts, real kitchens. Three of the setups we run every week.

Simon Martin, Mana
Michelin-starred kitchens don't leave anything to chance. Simon's team dials in one setup and it holds through service — every night, every cover, every plate.
That's what our fuel is built to do. Consistent bag to bag, dialled in once, trusted through the busiest weeks of the year.

Ross Anderson, Roam Catering
Founder of Roam Catering. Trained as an Army chef, cooked in palaces and in bunkers, catered for royalty, politicians and heads of state, and now runs private live-fire events across the UK.
Ross is picky about fuel — his whole cook is built around it. We spent time earning the account and we work every week to keep it. Every pallet graded, every delivery landing when it should, every load behaving the way his kitchen expects.

James Peck, Ember
Ex-Army chef, now founder of Ember in Wellingborough — a wood-fired restaurant cooking almost everything over live flame. Small plates, big heat, no room for a fuel that misfires mid-service.
James's kitchen runs on precision and a supply chain that turns up when it's booked. That's the relationship we build with every wholesale account: fuel that lands on time, burns how it's specced, and behaves the same every load.
How it works
Ordering is simple.
Start small, scale fast
Two-bag minimum to open a trade account. Standard 2–3 working day delivery included on every order. Test one setup, roll it out across the kitchen.
Full pallets, one call
Bulk pallet orders shipped UK-wide. Zone-priced, ex-VAT. Delivery included as standard. Ask about a repeat-order account if you're ordering weekly.
Need it faster?
Next-working-day upgrade available on most orders. Message us in the morning and we'll get it on the van.
Not sure what fuel your setup needs?
We spec it for you.
Tell us what you cook — steak house, robata, asado, live-fire small plates, wood-oven — and how hard the grill runs. We'll spec the fuel, quote the trade price, and get it on the next delivery run.
Trade rates, ex-VAT, zone-priced.

We source it right, and we tell you how.
Every fuel we sell is FSC-certified at source, and traceable back to a named supplier. Our lumpwood is a by-product of European hardwood forestry — trees that would be felled anyway, put to a second use instead of landfill.
We don't call ourselves carbon-neutral, because we're not. We do source responsibly, we do use recyclable packaging, and we're happy to send the paperwork if your kitchen's audited on it.
Chef questions, answered.
What's the minimum order to open a trade account?
Two bags. That's the entry point — enough to test the fuel across a couple of services without committing to a pallet. If you like what you see, you can scale to full pallet quantities with the same delivery terms.
How fast can you deliver charcoal to my restaurant?
Standard delivery lands in 2-3 working days UK-wide, included in the price. Next-working-day upgrade is available on most orders for £20 — message us in the morning and we'll get it on the van.
What types of grills do you supply?
We supply kitchens running charcoal ovens, robata, asado, kamado, plancha, parrilla, mangal, tandoor, and custom builds. Tell us what you cook on and we'll spec the fuel.
What's actually in your charcoal bags?
One wood, named on the label, from a named supplier. If it's oak, it's oak. If it's birch, it's birch. Every briquette is compressed from the same feedstock every batch. Same wood in, same burn out.
We already buy pallets from a big supplier. Why switch to Globaltic?
Volume suppliers price on scale. Restaurant suppliers price on outcome. If price per bag is your only metric, commodity fuel wins on paper. If service consistency, delivery reliability, and grade-checked bags matter to how your kitchen actually runs, restaurant-spec fuel wins where it counts.
How do you price wholesale charcoal for restaurants?
Trade rates, ex-VAT, zone-priced by delivery region. Standard 2-3 day delivery is included at every volume, from a 2-bag opener to a full pallet.
Where does Globaltic charcoal come from?
Every fuel we sell is FSC- or PEFC-certified at source and traceable back to a named supplier. Our lumpwood is a by-product of managed European hardwood forestry.
Can restaurants trial Globaltic charcoal before switching?
Yes. Start with a 2-bag test — run it across a service or two, see how it burns in your setup, and decide from there.
