Live-fire grills from Metartal, handmade in Yorkshire
Metartal builds steel grills by hand in Yorkshire for cooking over real fire. The range runs from compact grills to full asador units:
- Grills: The 'O' Grill, The Asador, The Flamin' Pit, the V Groove Grill and the Jolly Little Grills.
- Cooking surfaces: teppanyaki hot plates, grill plates, char pans and griddle grates.
- Tools: spatulas, ember scrapers, flipping forks, a burger smasher and a steak press.
Feed them with lumpwood charcoal for sear and flavour, or with HazelHex and lumpwood lit together for longer cooks.
