PALLET-SIZED DELIVERIES VIA COURIER TRUCK/LORRY:

Please note the following requirements are set by our third-party courier partners and are unfortunately beyond our control.

Orders are delivered kerbside and must be on a level ground (not slopes).
This includes our Bulk Firewood Pallets/Crates and all other products with a quantity exceeding 12 bags/boxes or a total weight exceeding 120 kg.
Delivery cannot be made in height and weight restriction areas, no-parking zones, narrow lanes, or pedestrian crossings.
Pallet(s) will be delivered on even ground, without operation on gravel, stones, grass, kerbs, or steps.
Vehicles/Pallet trucks will not be able to access or offload on gravel drives or areas.
Red zone parking and delivery is not permitted.
Kindly ensure the vehicle can park in front of the property for 15 to 20 minutes to facilitate delivery.
Pallet-sized orders are delivered on business days, Monday to Friday. Regrettably, no weekend deliveries unless pre-arranged.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
