IF I PLACE AN ORDER, HOW SOON WILL IT GET DELIVERED?

We dispatch all orders the next working day with DPD after we receive them. In most cases, it takes 48 hours to deliver each order. In case you are situated in distant parts of the country, it may take up to 3-4 working days.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once an order is dispatched you will get an email and a text from DPD with tracking information. It will be updated as the order status changes as well. 

RETURNS

In case you are not satisfied with the quality of the product that arrived, we will replace it. To do that, you need to send us an email at info@globaltic-ee.preview-domain.com with photos of the bag you deem unsatisfactory. If you do not want a replacement bag, we will refund fully.

DO YOU DELIVER TO ALL OF THE UK?

At the moment, we only deliver to England, Wales and Scotland. We do not accept individual orders from Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and the British Isles.
