Unfortunately my first purchase was all small pieces so I was a little disappointed as I wanted to
do a slow indirect reverse sear.
But after a couple of emails I have upped my star rating from 3 to 5 as the guys at Globaltic
have gone out of their way to help me, great service and by the way I received my order very
quickly. Now it’s time to cook that tomahawk steak.

Used them on the BBQ and cooked some tomahawk steak in the smoker then reverse seared them on the BBQ, amazing flavour
