Cedar Plank Hot Smoked Salmon Crumpets with Gravlax Sauce
Ingredients:
- Side of deboned salmon
- Crumpets
- Crème cheese
- Fresh dill
- White vinegar
- Oil
- Salt and pepper
- Honey mustard (or a mix of honey and mustard)
For the Gravlax Sauce:
- 2 tbsp honey mustard (or 2 tbsp honey with mustard to taste)
- 1 tbsp white vinegar
- 3 tbsp high-quality oil
- 2 tbsp finely chopped fresh dill
