Designed and manufactured in the UK we are delighted to introduce our updated version of the Kasai Konro Grill. Our Konro style grills are based on the world famous Japanese design and really elevate things to the next level when grilling meats, fish, vegetables or finishing a sous vide cooked dish. Offering a stylish brushed stainless steel finish, floating feet and handles, natural sustainable mineral tiles the Kasai range of grills are perfect for home use and the rigours of a commercial kitchen. We always recommend to use our Kasai range with Binchotan charcoal due to its long burning properties and its ability to seal in natural flavours without imparting any other aromas.

Shipping & Returns
WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?
We dispatch most orders within 24 hours. UK parcel deliveries usually arrive within 2-3 working days, and pallet deliveries typically arrive within 2-3 working days.
DO YOU SHIP TO THE EU?
Yes — we ship to selected EU countries. Available delivery options and live shipping rates are shown at checkout once you enter your address.
HOW ARE VAT, DUTIES, AND IMPORT CHARGES HANDLED FOR EU ORDERS?
For qualifying EU orders, VAT is collected at checkout and your commercial invoice is prepared for customs clearance. Where the order is processed under the IOSS scheme, no additional VAT should be due at import. We prepare our invoices on a DDP basis, but if a courier or local customs office requests anything further, contact support@globaltic.co.uk straight away and we will help resolve it.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once an order is dispatched you will receive tracking details by email, and where supported by the courier, by text message as well.
RETURNS
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email support@globaltic.co.uk with your order number and a quick photo. We will arrange a replacement or refund where the claim is valid. Full details are available in our Refund Policy.
UK DELIVERY COVERAGE
We deliver to most of mainland UK, including England, Wales, and Scotland. We do not currently accept individual orders from Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, or the Isle of Man.
