Unfortunately my first purchase was all small pieces so I was a little disappointed as I wanted to
do a slow indirect reverse sear.

quickly. Now it’s time to cook that tomahawk steak.
Used them on the BBQ and cooked some tomahawk steak in the smoker then reverse seared them on the BBQ, amazing flavour
Restocked on 2 bags of the 10kg Oak lump wood. These bags have the perfect mix of large and medium pieces for a consistent temp. Gave a clean burn and literally next to no ash, highly recommend.
I have jusy recieved my second order of birch wood. I love that the crate is placed exactly where I want it. The wood is cut consistently to a good size, making for easy stacking indoors.
I was kept fully informed about deliver times. Apologies were sincere and in advance when a lorry breakdown meant my delivery was postponed from Friday to Monday.
