Having read the Book Kaukasis by Olia Hercules I was eager to cook some of the recipes but some of the ingredients are not to be found in your average UK Supermarket. I'm so glad I found you so we could try Khmeli Suneli and others. Our dinners have certainly taken an interesting change using different herbs and spices.
