Ingredients
- 2 ripe peaches
- 2 burrata balls
- 2 tbsp honey
- ½ tsp chilli flakes
- Fresh basil
- Crushed pistachios
- Olive oil
Method
- Mix honey and chilli flakes to make the hot honey.
- Cut peaches in half and remove the stones.
- Brush peaches with olive oil.
- Grill cut-side down until caramelised.
- Place burrata in the centre of the plate.
- Arrange grilled peaches around it.
- Drizzle with hot honey and finish with basil and pistachios.
