Een van de lichtste rookhoutsoorten , appel heeft een zoete en milde smaak die het geweldig maakt voor het roken van wit vlees, inclusief vis en kip. Het is ook geweldig voor het koken van desserts (Smoked Apple Pie, iemand?). Het wordt vaak gebruikt bij varkensvlees vanwege de licht zoete en subtiel rokerige smaak.

Zacht en zoet met een lichte zuurheid, kersenhoutsnippers passen goed bij bijna elk type vlees. Vanwege hun milde smaak zullen ze de geweldige smaak van het vlees niet overheersen of maskeren. Ze zijn het lekkerst bij varkensvlees, eend, hertenvlees en gevogelte. Je kunt ook groenten roken in kersenhoutsnippers om ze een unieke smaak te geven!

Een grote favoriet onder industriële rokers, beukenhout is niet zo licht als de fruitwoods. Het blijft lang hangen en heeft een neutrale smaak waardoor het goed te combineren is met veel verschillende proteïnen. Het mengen van beukenhout met fruitwoods is geweldig om de smaken van het sterkere hout te verzachten.

Een zure, fruitige smaak die goed samengaat met gevogelte, klein wild, lamsvlees, varkensvlees en worst. Gebruik de smaak echter met mate, want de zure smaak kan overweldigend zijn.
Tip van Globaltic: Week houtsnippers in water voor een langere, intensere rooksmaak, of gebruik ze droog voor een snellere verbranding en een subtielere rooksmaak.

IF I PLACE AN ORDER, HOW SOON WILL IT GET DELIVERED?
We dispatch all orders the next working day with DPD after we receive them. In most cases, it takes 48 hours to deliver each order. In case you are situated in distant parts of the country, it may take up to 3-4 working days.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once an order is dispatched you will get an email and a text from DPD with tracking information. It will be updated as the order status changes as well.
RETURNS
In case you are not satisfied with the quality of the product that arrived, we will replace it. To do that, you need to send us an email at info@globaltic-ee.preview-domain.com with photos of the bag you deem unsatisfactory. If you do not want a replacement bag, we will refund fully.
DO YOU DELIVER TO ALL OF THE UK?
At the moment, we only deliver to England, Wales and Scotland. We do not accept individual orders from Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and the British Isles.
