How quickly will my order arrive? We dispatch all orders the next working day. Our default courier is DHL, offering a next-working-day delivery service. In most cases, that means your order arrives within 48 hours of placing it. If you live in more remote areas, it may take an extra day. Need it urgently for a weekend BBQ? We can arrange Saturday or Sunday delivery — just get in touch and we'll sort it out.

How much does delivery cost? Delivery is free on all orders over £49.90.

For smaller orders, shipping is calculated based on the weight of your order. Depending on your location and parcel size, you may be offered a choice of courier at checkout. Starting rates per box (up to 20 kg):

DHL — from £4 DPD — from £5 APC — from £6

Final delivery costs are shown at checkout before you pay.

Please note, items from our Extras and Deli categories are shipped separately and may incur additional delivery charges.

Do you deliver across the UK? Yes — we deliver to England, Scotland, and Wales. At the moment, we don't deliver individual orders to Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, or the Isle of Man.

Do you ship to the EU? Yes — we deliver to selected EU countries. Shipping rates for EU orders are calculated in real time at checkout. Simply add your items to the basket and enter your delivery address to see available rates and options.

For wholesale and pallet enquiries outside the UK, please contact us — we already work with partners across Europe and can advise the best option for you.

How can I track my order? As soon as your order is dispatched, you'll receive an email and text with tracking details. You can follow your delivery in real time and make changes (like leaving it with a neighbour) directly with the courier.

Do you offer pallet deliveries? Yes. All pallet deliveries are free of charge and usually arrive within 3 working days. Pallets are available for both wholesale customers and individuals who want to stock up in bulk. To arrange one, just email us at wholesale@globalticltd.co.uk.

What if I'm not happy with my order? If you receive a defective product, we'll replace it or refund you in full. Just send us a quick photo within 30 days of purchase to support@globaltic.co.uk, and we'll take care of the rest. Please note, we only accept returns for quality issues — we don't offer refunds for change of mind.
