do a slow indirect reverse sear.

I have jusy recieved my second order of birch wood. I love that the crate is placed exactly where I want it. The wood is cut consistently to a good size, making for easy stacking indoors.
I was kept fully informed about deliver times. Apologies were sincere and in advance when a lorry breakdown meant my delivery was postponed from Friday to Monday.
