Parcel and pallet deliveries usually arrive within 3-5 working days from the order date.

Once an order is dispatched you will receive tracking information by email or text message.
RETURNS
If you are not satisfied with the quality of the product that arrived, email support@globaltic.co.uk with photos of the bag you deem unsatisfactory. If you do not want a replacement bag, we will refund you fully.
DO YOU DELIVER TO ALL OF THE UK?
We deliver to most of mainland UK, including England, Wales and Scotland. We do not currently accept individual orders from Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands or the Isle of Man.
